Most clear photos work beautifully. For the best result, choose an image that's reasonably sharp, well lit and shows your subject clearly. Pets, people, favourite objects, artwork and plenty of other wonderfully random things can become a Plumplo.

Yes. Our Creator removes the background from your image so your subject can become its own custom pillow shape.

Yes! Upload your photo to the PLUMPLO Creator and you'll be able to preview the shape and customise your Plumplo before ordering. The 3D preview is a visual representation, so the finished physical product may vary slightly.

Start by uploading it to the Creator. Clear images with a well-defined subject generally give the best results. We check every photo before production, and if yours isn't going to make a good Plumplo we'll email you before we make anything — you can send a different photo, or we'll refund you in full.

Absolutely—as long as the subjects are positioned closely enough to create a practical single pillow shape. Photos with large spaces between subjects may be harder to turn into one Plumplo.

Yes. You can choose no visible border or add a colour around your image using the options in the PLUMPLO Creator.

It's exactly what it sounds like. 😂 Plumpness is how generously your Plumplo is stuffed. Choose Soft, Plumpy or Extra Plumpy when you order — each one is a real option on your Plumplo, and you can preview all three in the Creator before you decide.

Six, measured along the longest edge: Keyring 10cm, Mini 20cm, Small 30cm, Medium 40cm, Large 50cm and Jumbo 60cm. Because every Plumplo is cut to your own photo, the other dimension depends on your subject.

Your photo is printed onto soft 100% polyester fabric, then cut, stitched and filled into its own custom shape. The seam is sewn on the inside so nothing shows around the edge, and there's a zip closure in the seam.

Hand wash only, in cool water with a mild detergent, then air dry — please don't tumble dry or dry clean it. A low iron is fine if it needs pressing.

Every Plumplo is made to order — nothing is made in advance. On Standard delivery, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for your custom Plumplo to arrive. Express ($30) is express the whole way and is meaningfully faster; we're not quoting an Express estimate until we've measured one on real orders, so if you need your Plumplo by a particular date, email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.

Please do. Pets, people, inside jokes, memorable photos and wonderfully questionable camera-roll discoveries can all make brilliant Plumplos. They're personal, unexpected and extremely difficult to regift without being noticed.

The Creator is designed to help you visualise your photo, custom shape, border and overall appearance before ordering. Because your finished Plumplo is a real sewn and filled product, its exact shape, fullness, seams, colours and positioning may vary slightly from the digital preview.
