These terms govern your use of plumplo.com and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read the section on your photo carefully — it's the one that matters most for a product like ours.

What we make

Plumplo pillows are made to order from a photograph you supply. Each one is printed, cut to the shape of your subject, sewn and filled after you order. Nothing is pre-made.

Placing an order

We currently sell and ship within Australia only.

An order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we send your order confirmation. We may decline an order — and refund you in full — if we can't produce it, the photo doesn't meet the requirements below, or we believe the order is fraudulent.

Your photo

This is the important part.

You keep ownership of your photo. Uploading it doesn't transfer any rights to us.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process and reproduce your image solely to produce your order and provide customer support. That includes sending it to our background-removal provider for processing. We won't use your photo for marketing or any other purpose without asking you first.

You confirm that you have the right to use the photo. By uploading, you're telling us that you own the image or have permission from whoever does, and that printing it won't infringe anyone's copyright, trade mark, or right to their own likeness. If someone in the photo isn't you, you confirm you have their consent — or their guardian's, if they're a child.

You agree not to upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that depicts a person without their consent. We may refuse and refund any order at our discretion.

You indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from an image you supplied. In plain terms: if someone objects to us printing your photo, that's on you, not us.

The 3D preview

The preview on our site is generated from your actual uploaded image and is a fair indication of the finished product. It is a visual representation, not a printed proof.

Screens and fabric render colour differently, and the finished item will vary slightly from what you see. Those variations aren't faults. Genuine faults are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Sizes and specification

Sizes refer to the longest edge of the finished pillow and are approximate, within a normal manufacturing tolerance. Because each shape is cut to your photo, the other dimension varies with your subject.

Plumpness levels describe relative filling, not a measurement.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. They don't include shipping, which is calculated at checkout — see our Shipping Policy.

We may change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order. If a price is listed in error we'll contact you before producing it and you can confirm or cancel.

Payment is taken in full at checkout through Shopify's payment providers. We don't see or store your card details.

Production and delivery

Production and delivery times are in our Shipping Policy. They're estimates, not contractual deadlines, and we're not liable for carrier delays outside our control.

Risk passes to you on delivery.

Cancelling and changing

Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to stop production. Once production has started, orders can't be cancelled or altered. Full detail is in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits them.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, and except for the consumer guarantees above, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

This website

The site, its text, images, code and the 3D Creator belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site to browse and order. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or reuse any part of it commercially without written permission.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that every detail is error-free.
