How does gift wrap work?
Add Gift Wrap to your order alongside a Plumplo, choose the paper and ribbon, and tell us what to write on the tag. We wrap the finished pillow before it ships, so it arrives ready to hand over.
Can I choose the paper and ribbon?
Yes. Pick a paper — Kraft, PLUMPLO, an occasion, or a special message we print on the paper itself — and a ribbon in any of the border colours. The tag message is handwritten.
How do gift cards work?
A PLUMPLO gift card is delivered by email with a code to use at plumplo.com. Have it sent to you to forward or print, or straight to them on a day you choose. It never expires and can be spent across more than one order.
Which amount should I choose?
$50 covers a Small or Medium pillow, $75 a Large or a Medium with gift wrap, $100 a Jumbo with free delivery, and $150 two pillows. Whatever's left stays on the card for next time.
Can a gift card be used with a discount code?
A gift card is a payment, not a discount, so yes — it's always worth its full value, and they can still use a promo code on the order.
